Located near Granville Island on 2150 fir street, this new bakery has so much to offer. If you go there you have to get the praline croissant. Good croissants are hard to find in Vancouver and not only they were like made in France they were also made in Gourmet Land!The inside of the croissant is spread with some sort of butter and sugar so is extra tasty. The topping, the praline, is very flaky and the croissant is buttery, doesn’t stick to your tongue, and caramelized perfectly. It’s just AWWWWW MY GAWWWWD…. They make bread, scones, brioches, tarts, eclair and many other stuff too and they are all looking good!
